 Put the brakes on proposed cuts to Winnipeg Transit and get transit back on track: advocates

 Winnipeg- The Amalgamated Transit Union 1505 is calling on the City of Winnipeg to honour the collective agreement signed earlier this year in October, after Winnipeg Transit failed to implement a section of the agreed upon collective agreement.

ATU 1505 has been without a contract since January 2019 and the City of Winnipeg has recently moved to take away sections of the ATU collective agreement. The City continues to raise the threat of a lockout in an effort to try and scare ATU members and the public.
