Today is Transit Worker Appreciation Day!  Here are some effortless ways to express gratitude:

ATU 1505 is proud to support the Share the Magic Book Program!

“Share the Magic is a CRA federally registered charity which collects new and gently used books for free distribution to all ages in traditionally disadvantaged communities throughout Manitoba with the goal of increasing literacy levels…To date, Share the Magic has given away over half a million books” (Canada Helps).

ATU 1505 members were proud to donate a collection of books and a monetary contribution to the Share the Magic Book Program, collected by Executive Director, Chris Melnick.

It was a great turn-out at our Rally for Transit Safety!  Transit workers, union activists, politicians, Transit advocates, Transit users, and the public all came to support the call.

Winnipeggers spoke loud and clear - We need Safe Transit Now!
