Recording Secretary
Crystal started with the City of Winnipeg as a second-generation Transit Operator in January 2007. She has served on various committees such as the Scheduling Committee and the Health & Safety Committee both as a regular member, assistant co-chair and then co-chair. In 2017 she became a shop steward, was elected as Assistant Business Agent in 2020, and in 2023 was elected as Recording Secretary. Also, in 2023 Crystal became the first elected female Chief Steward. She is currently in her second year at McMaster University enrolled in Labour Studies and will continue to further her education in Labour Studies in the future.
